If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order upon placing, please email us on help@atlyc.com with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not dispatched, we can cancel and issue a refund. 

If your order is in transit or has already been delivered, we ask you to arrange a return to us.



If you would like to return your purchase, you must contact us via our email help@atlyc.com within 30 calendar days of you receiving your purchase. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your email. All details must be received by us within 30 days of you receiving your product.

To obtain the refund, you must return your purchase in an “as new” condition. Atlyc defines “as new” condition as unridden, with all components, accessories included in the original box and packaging. Item returned without original packaging may cause damage in transit and the purchaser accept all liability for any damage and loss of value incurred.

You must include a copy of your name and order number in the box for the return to be processed.



Returned item will be carefully assessed by Atylc technicians to ensure they meet the terms of the return policy. Once your refund has been approved, we will ask for your confirmation that you accept the terms of the refund. We will refund the agreed monetary value to your original payment method within 14 days. Please be aware that refunds can take up to five working days to appear in your bank account depending on your banking service.
